Avocado and Prawn wrap/pitta/toast.

100g pink cooked prawns.
2 ripe avocados flesh scooped out and mashed slightly. I like it chunky.
3 spring onions chopped
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of half lemon
2 green chillies finely chopped
Pinch of salt
Pinch of chilli powder.

Mix the above ingredients together with the avocado…stir in pink prawns drizzle with olive oil.
Arrange the avocado/prawns on pitta or wrap.
Drizzle again with touch of olive oil and serve.
