INGREDIENTS:
2 handfuls fresh coriander
1 handful fresh mint
1/4 cup dried methi
Green chillies to taste 5 or 6
Blitz the above with half cup water to smooth paste.
500g chicken
1/4 cup oil.
1 tsp whole cumin
1.5tsp salt
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tsp gharam masala
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 cup shop bought fried onions.
METHOD:
Heat pan…add oil then cumin seeds
And fry for a short while.
Add the chicken and salt and fry to part sear chicken.
Next add garlic and ginger cook till rawness goes.
Add your yogurt and cook this off until oil splits.
Next add all your spices and cook till oil splits. Keep cooking till oil splits in between. Add green paste and rinse out blender with small amout of water.
Cook till oil splits again and your chicken done.
Drizzle of cream at end optional.
