2 med size kerala thinly sliced
1.5 tsp Turmeric
1 large onions thinly sliced
3 green slit green chillies
1 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic minced
4 tbsp oil
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
When hot add the garlic and let it sizzle for a few minutes.
Add both the Kerala and onions, salt, turmeric and green chillies.
Mix this thoroughly.
Cover on low heat and leave to cook stirring occasionally and gently.
After about 5 minutes, uncover, stir and fry this now till the Kerala starts to get lighly brown and crisp atound edges.
Continue until there is no more residue and there is only oil in pan.
Remove from heat when Kerala is cookrd through and nicely crispy at edges.
Serve with rice, puri or whatever you prefer.
