Peel Bhaji

I hate waste but mostly I like a challenge making dishes out of scraps…for myself like!
However, in my household everyone goes for that as a preference instead of what I cook for them!

INGREDIENTS:

Here I have potato peel, carrot ends and cauliflower inner stem. All chopped in small chunks.

1 tsp turmeric
3 green chillies chopped
4 tbsp veg oil
1 onion sliced
Salt to taste

METHOD:

Heat oil in your pan then add everything into the pan.

Add salt to taste.
Add the turmeric, give it a good mix and cover on low, stirring occasionally till its cooked.
At this stage just fry uncovered till lightly brown and caramelising.

Serve with rice and dhal if you wish.
