What you need:
Bombay Mix any type, I like the balti mix.
Some fresh chopped coriander
Finely chopped green chillies
Red onion very thinly diced
Half teaspoon chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp of good quality mustard oil (optional).
Mix all the above with the bombay mix.
Eat it straight away otherwise it will lose the crunch after short while.
