Anaras Phola or simply a pineapple salsa the Bengali way. A bland pineapple rejuvenated just by adding some simple seasoning which then converts this simple pineapple into a Bengali favourite!
Satni, bhartha, phola, chutney, salad or salsa, whatever you want to call it, it’s still without a doubt always a winner!

I know you want to!
Half a fresh pineapple. Thinly sliced into small shreds.
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Handful of fresh chopped coriander
3 green chillies finely chopped
1 roasted dried chilli crushed
Drizzle of mustard oil optional
Mix all the above together in a bowl.
