Grilled Chilli Cheese On Toast and Baguette.

Chilli Cheese Toast
Chilli Cheese on broken baguette
Just out of the grill

I was busy trying out a recipe and I think you would enjoy it just as much as its based on chilli cheese on toast!

Its using 2 day old baguette thats hard and crispy! We had half leftover from our melted camenbert.

So I thought I’t try this and it was divine!

It uses all the same ingredients but just not on toast…grilled in oven!

By all means you can stick the mix on toast but I ask you to not bin your old baguette or make breadcrumbs but this instead.

INGREDIENTS:

1 bell pepper
1 tomates
3 green chillies
2 tbsp chilli flakes
salt to taste
3 cupful grated cheese.
1/2 cup fresh coriander chopped
Quarter baguette

METHOD;

Break up your baguette into a dish that goes under grill.

Finely mince all the other fresh ingredients and bruise this with your fingers in a bowl to release some juices.

Add the chilli flakes, pepper and salt.
Stir well.

Next add in your grated cheese.
Mix well. Pour this into your baguette.

Now go in with your hand and mix it all up.

Get the mixture to stick to the pieces by pressing and mount it on top.

Add another sprinkling off cheese on top.

Put under medium grill just till cheese melts and its bubbling.

Take out and delve in!

I dont think you will be disappointed!
I used the same mix on my toast!

Please do not be tempted to add any spice powders as it just takes away from the fresh ingredients!
