Spicy Tuna Mayo Medley
A creamy filling that goes fab in anything
A little spicy
Fragrant and aromatic
Try it in a baked potato

A week of delicious salads served by hubs! Each one delicious and prepared with detail!

But the most memorable is an old time favourite that we so adore. Be it in wraps, baked potatoes, pita or sliced bread its simply delicious.

It’s one I made often at work to enjoy with my colleagues at lunch time, 2 decades now as they loved it!

It’s the best way to enjoy canned tuna in my opinion.


2 cans tuna in brine drained
1 small green/red pepper diced small Half cup mayonnaise
1 handful fresh coriander finely chopped
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 green chillies finely chopped
Good sprinkle of salt
Sprinkle of pepper

Zest of fresh lemon optional


Combine all the ingredients except mayonnaise together in a bowl. Break up tuna and mix well.

Add in mayonnaise and stir.

Adjust seasoning and mayonnaise to taste.

Serve as you wish.
My favourite is always in a hot fluffy baked potato!
